New or Referred Patients

Have you had chiropractic care before, but are going to visit Dr. De Brine for the first time?

Here's what you should know...

Dr. De Brine will look at you as being brand new to chiropractic care. She doesn’t take another doctor’s opinions and base your treatment on them. She will perform her own examination and assessment before asking what your previous doctor(s) may have done.debrine11 She will want to know what has, and what hasn’t worked. Assuming previous treatments are what you need would be doing you a disservice.

Dr. De Brine’s techniques are varied and always cater to the individual needs of the patient. She is proficient in Diversified Technique, Flexion Distraction for disc injuries, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy and PNF muscle stretch, Craniosacral Technique, and Graston and Non-Force Techniques.

If you have another chiropractor but you’re in the area on vacation, or if you perhaps would simply like a second opinion, Dr. De Brine is happy to see you and work with your current chiropractor.

If you have access to a printer, please print a copy of this intake form to fill out and bring with you to your first appointment:
