Shelly W. ~ is the employee who gave Dr. De Brine the name "Dr. Dude". Shelly has been with us for a few years and continued her education while working as a chiropractic assistant. She received her LPN degree and took a brief stint working for a dermatologist for a year. She missed Dana and myself and came back to become our office manager and run my billing department as well as my front desk . She is our office liaison between you and your insurance company. She knows that our patients have a contract with an insurance company that outlines their relationship and all the parameters. Our only dealing with your insurance company is to help interpret this contract and to try to make the transaction as smooth as possible so there is as little out of pocket expense for your care as possible. You have a relationship with This office and once you are accepted by Dr. De Brine as a patient you have entered into a financial agreement with this office to pay for your services rendered. That is your obligation to this office, not the insurance companies obligation. This can be a confusing process but Shelly can help you.  | Dr. Norman Jones:
Dr Jones has been helping out Dr. De Brine at our office and filling in nicely to help her out. Dr. Norm is a recent graduate at the New York Chiropractic College. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology and received a degree in Electrical Engineering. After working in engineering he realized that he didn’t want to be chained to a computer for the rest of his days and after talking to a good friend in chiropractic school he decided that would be a great place for him. Now he spends his days making people feel better and loves coming to work.
Norm has plans in the future of opening up his own practice in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania with Dr. Kim Weaver, his girlfriend. But, it will be a while until there is enough work for both of them. Until such time he assures Dr. De Brine and our patients that he is going to be around for a while.

This is Dana and her sister Vanessa. You have seen Vanessa fill in at the front desk for us at times as well. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree!
Tessa D. ~ is a clerical Assistant. Yes she looks a lot like Dr. Dude. This is her daughter and she is learning the ropes in the office. Tessa will be seen around the office during off school hours giving Alyson a hand with the paperwork and Mom a hand with the computer web pages ( All the high tech stuff). Just don't tell her you remember her as a baby crawling around in the office, and how big she has grown. All kids hate that !!! But she does think it's cool to grow up around Mom's office and see and hear about the benefits of chiropractic. |
